In Radomyshl, a coronavirus was confirmed in a 71-year-old pensioner who returned from Poland and was visiting relatives in Lviv.

In Radomyshl, Zhytomyr region, where a woman was confirmed to have coronavirus infection, as of Friday, March 13, declared “an emergency of natural nature of the object level”. The head of Zhytomyr regional state administration Vitaliy Bunechko informed about it on Facebook.

“Starting tomorrow, a natural state of the object level in Radomyshl will be declared. It is local, including the closure of all entertainment and educational establishments that have been closed since March 12,” Bunechko said.

There are no plans to introduce emergency measures throughout the region or even within the district.

The Zhytomyr Oblast Laboratory Center yesterday received the necessary number of tests to check for a coronavirus.

All citizens are asked to report it to the hospital and to be in isolation if signs of illness are detected.

Due to the previously announced restrictive measures in the region one month will not hold mass events. Since March 12, educational institutions of Zhytomyr region have been quarantined.
