“If you experience symptoms of a coronavirus, you should not go to your doctor or nearest hospital immediately,” the service said.
However, you should take the following steps: Call your doctor with whom you have a declaration. Remind your doctor of your first and last name and report symptoms, describe contacts with potentially infected people, or tell about recent trips.

“If you do not make a declaration, call the coronavirus hotline in your area right away,” the NHS advised.
