Another 167 Ukrainians are being treated for coronavirus abroad

Abroad, 15 Ukrainians recovered from the coronavirus and five more died. This was reported by the press service. Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).

Reportedly, as of today, four Ukrainians have been cured in the Dominican Republic and Japan, two each in Italy and Poland, one each in Nigeria, the UAE and the Federal Republic of Germany.

In addition, another 167 Ukrainians are undergoing treatment abroad. So in Italy – 121, Greece – 16, Spain – 5, Poland and Germany – 4, Austria – 3, in Belgium, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Egypt, Nigeria, the Netherlands, UAE, Portugal, Russia, Seychelles, Serbia, The United States, Thailand, Switzerland and Sweden – 1 each. Also, an additional 14,205 citizens of Ukraine turned to the Foreign Ministry for help under the Protection program.

Recall that in Ukraine the number of people infected with coronavirus continues to grow and as of April 6 has already exceeded 1300 people. The number of deaths increased to 35, and 28 people recovered completely.

Also, over the past 24 hours emergency medical care has traveled more than 13 thousand times, 79 Ukrainians were hospitalized with suspected coronavirus.
