In Ukraine, a sharp increase in the incidence of coronavirus is recorded

The coronavirus pandemic in Ukraine is spreading at an increasing rate. In the last few days, the MOH has noted an increase in the number of people infected and in the country. During the pandemic, 7,170 confirmed cases of COVID-19 were detected in Ukraine, 187 people died from the infection, and 504 patients were recovered.

In Chernivtsi region, 37 patients recovered from COVID-19

Repeated coronavirus testing showed a negative result in three people in the past day. In total, 37 people recovered in the Chernivtsi region. However, the region still continues to lead in morbidity. The total number of people infected since the epidemic has reached 1,140, ​​with 1496 still suspected of having COVID-19.

More than 40 Armed Forces servicemen became ill with the coronavirus

As of April 23, 46 cases of infection among the Ukrainian military were detected, and a day was confirmed in 3 people. At the same time 6 patients were recovered, 2 cases were lethal. More than 300 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are on self-isolation.

Fatal case in Odessa

COVID-19 found in Ukrainian prisons

70 new COVID-19 cases in Kyiv

During the day, 70 people fell ill in the capital, 1 patient died, and 6 were recovered. Yesterday the coronavirus was diagnosed in 34 women aged 21 to 84 years and 29 men aged 26 to 71, as well as 7 minors. 24 patients were hospitalized. Others are treated for self-isolation under the control of doctors.

The total number of infected people in the capital reached 1059 people, of which 20 were fatal cases, 45 patients were cured.

Coronavirus outbreak in Cherry

The center of the infection was found among the residents of the hostel in Cherry. PCR tests were confirmed in 78 people, including 16 sick children and 2 dormitories. Total coronavirus tests were submitted by 224 people. 3 patients were hospitalized. Others are on self-isolation. Yesterday, the building of the hostel was taken under the protection of the National Guard.

The dynamics of morbidity in Ukraine has increased

Over the last 24 hours, there have been 578 new cases of infection in Ukraine. This is 111 cases more than yesterday. A total of 7170 patients were identified in Ukraine in the morning of April 23.

Chernivtsi region – 1053 infected. “A 5-year-old girl from Chernivtsi is in intensive care at a regional children’s hospital. She is in a serious condition and is connected to a ventilator. In the region’s hospitals, 47 infected people are in serious condition, 35 of them in the intensive care unit, and 6 on the ventilators. According to the Ministry of Health, 65 residents of the region became infected in the past 24 hours. For the first time in Ukraine infected COVID-19 was recorded in the region on March 3.

Kyiv – 989 infected. The number of people infected in the capital increased by 97 people a day, 10 of them health workers.
