Employees of the department of the Federal Bailiff Service (UFSSP) in the Perm Territory suspended the work of a hairdresser, whose employees violated the sanitary requirements that are mandatory in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This was reported by the press service of the UFSSP.
Earlier, during the inspection of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, it was found that the “Rytsar” LLC hairdresser located at 58 Komsomolsky Prospect does not have an “input filter”, the time interval of at least 20 minutes between the reception of visitors is not respected, and hairdressers do not comply with type IV protection.
In relation to the offender, a protocol on an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 6.3 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, committed during the period of the threat of the spread of a disease that poses a danger to others”).
The court suspended the activities of the hairdresser for 30 days. The room was sealed by bailiffs.
