Bpost resumes sending letters and parcels to 26 international destinations. In Asia it concerns Indonesia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon and Oman. In Oceania these are Australia and New Zealand and in Africa Egypt, Morocco and South Africa. In Europe, these are Albania, Bosnia, Georgia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Belarus and Turkey. As of today, letters and parcels for these countries can be delivered back to the post offices or put in the red buses.
Due to the corona crisis and the impact on air traffic, bpost had to suspend the delivery of letters and parcels to many international destinations. Services have been resumed for a large number of destinations since 12 May. Delays are still possible, according to bpost, depending on the number of flights and available capacity.
