In addition, UkSATSE reports that since July 17, passengers have been tested for coronavirus by PCR at the Boryspil airport.

After that, an English-language certificate with the result is sent to the email address indicated by the passenger. According to UkSATSE, from July 18, such testing has begun at the Kharkiv airport. The test point is located on the ground floor of the terminal at ticket office No. 20. The service is provided to passengers who have arrived from the “red zone” and must undergo self-isolation. The cost of services depends on the time of the tests. In the period from 08:00 to 21:59 it costs 1800 UAH, and from 22:00 to 7:59 – 2100 UAH. Payment is made by credit card or cash.
As reported, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine divides countries into 2 zones, according to the number of active cases of COVID-19 per 100 thousand. Population. The “red zone” includes states in which the number of active cases of COVID-19 is more than 55 per 100 thousand of the population; to the “green zone” – in which there are less than 55 active cases per 100 thousand people.
The Cabinet of Ministers, by its decision, allowed to end the self-isolation or observation regime for those who enter the territory of Ukraine from the countries of the “red zone”, provided that they do a COVID-19 test by PCR after crossing the state border and have a negative result. Entry from countries of the “green zone” is allowed without restrictions.
To enter Ukraine, foreign citizens need an insurance policy that covers the costs of COVID-19 and observation.
Now in Ukraine there is an adaptive quarantine until July 31.
