In the circular, which emphasized that it is essential to continue to combat the Kovid-19 outbreak effectively in the controlled social life period, it is pointed out that early detection, home isolation and home treatment processes come to the forefront and the measures to be taken will be shaped according to these priorities. According to the circular underlining that the principles of guidance, persuasion and deterrence in the activities to be carried out in this new period are important, by the governorships or district governorships in line with the rules of cleaning, mask and physical distance, which are the basic principles of combating the epidemic in accordance with the controlled social life process; except for cases where the disease is severe; Measures will be taken to collect samples of people with whom they are in contact with the symptoms of the disease at home, to monitor the isolation processes in their homes, to treat them at their homes, and to provide the vehicle and personnel support needed to the health units immediately.


The information of the persons who are insulated in their homes will be obtained from the provincial health directorates, and whether the isolation conditions are met within the first 7 days, the governor or district governor and law enforcement units will be monitored and monitored frequently.

“Filimentation Studies Follow-up Boards” will be established under the vice-governor of provinces and the district governorships in districts. Changes in the number of patients, inpatients, severe patients and people in isolation will be monitored by these boards, and will meet with health, law enforcement and other appropriate department representatives every day at 16.00.
