Formula 1 pilots are confident that the outbreak of the coronavirus in Catalonia will not affect the Spanish Grand Prix in any way.

“I really don’t know much about what’s going on there. But in any case, I stay at the circuit, nothing will change for me. I will stay in my bubble with a couple of people, get to the airport, and then go to my motorhome and stay at the circuit, ”- quotes the words of Lewis Hamilton GrandPrix.

“I don’t see any problems. Coronavirus is not only in Spain, so we need to be careful anyway, ”added Max Verstappen.

“I was 99 percent sure that Nico Hulkenberg will drive our car during both races at Silverstone, now I am 99 percent sure that Cheko will return behind the wheel in Spain,” Otmar Zafnauer commented on the situation at Resing Point.
