“Before the trip, Yuri Trutnev was tested for coronavirus, he showed a positive result,” he said.
According to Chernyshev, the Deputy Prime Minister is now self-isolating. Trutnev’s trip to the Far East, where events will be held with the participation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, is still postponed. The decision on whether the Deputy Prime Minister will continue to take part in the visit program will depend on the results of the next coronavirus tests, Chernyshev said.
If they also turn out to be positive, Trutnev will participate in events in an online format.
The working trip of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to the Far East will take place on August 13-18. During the trip, he will visit Chukotka, Kamchatka, Magadan and Amur regions. It was planned that Trutnev would take part in the activities of the working trip.
