                                Over the past 24hrs, 184 people were diagnosed with COVID-19 in the Lviv region

                                <p>As of the morning of August 14, 11,658 cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in Lviv and Lviv region, of which 318 were fatal (four people died in the last 24 hours).  For yesterday laboratory centers carried out 1549 PCR tests, 184 of which - positive, transfers "Espresso. West".

Among the new patients – 68 Lviv residents, the rest – residents of villages and towns of the region.

Today 8239 people are ill. However, 3157 patients overcame the disease. Unfortunately, no recovery was recorded yesterday. Also, another 901 people are waiting for the results of their PCR test.

We will add, according to new division of Ukraine into quarantine zones, Sambir in the Lviv region entered the so-called red epidemiological zone.

Cities of Lviv, Boryslav, Drohobych, Morshyn, Novy Rozdil, Stryy, Truskavets and Chervonohrad, Brody, Busk, Horodok, Drohobych, Zhydachiv, Zhovkva, Zolochiv, Kamyanka-Buzky, Mykolayiv, Mostysky, Peremyshlyany, Pustodiv Skoliv, Sokal, Starosambir, Stryj, Turkiv and Yavoriv districts of Lviv region were referred to the “orange” zone.

It should be noted that Lviv region continues to lead the anti-rating by the number of patients. At the same time, the number of patients in Ukraine has significantly increased – 1,732 new cases were detected per day.
